Other Areas of Practice

Though Arizmendi & Sanfilippo began as an employment law firm on the management side, the scope of our practice has expanded since our inception.

One of our expanding areas of practice is Education Law.  Our practice in that area includes:

• Coordinating internal investigations, evaluating the their results and designing appropriate courses of action
• Evaluating decisions on student discipline

• Evaluating accessibility and special accommodations for students with disabilities or who need special education
• Teacher training in laws that apply to their day to day dealings with students
